Providing Mentors for Kids in Schools
In our school-based mentoring program, we asked mentors to spend 1 hour each week with a child and we ask mentors to commit to mentoring for one year. The way our school-based program works is we ask churches to partner with schools to provide mentors. Currently we are working to strengthen the following school-church partnerships.
- Brooks Middle School – River Community Church
- Woodman Elementary – Glenn Park Christian Church
- Slate Creek Elementary – Grace Community Church

Are you involved in a church in the Wichita area and would like to see volunteers from your church involved at a local school? Are you a principal or teacher in a school and are need of volunteers to spend time with children?
