Cargill Cares
October 30, 2014
Youth Horizons was the recipient of a $5,000 grant through the Cargill Cares program at the Kansas Food Bank. The money goes directly to the Kinloch Price Boys Ranch food budget.
Having increased our residential capacity at the Kinloch Price Boys Ranch to 14 residents, in addition to staff, our food bill has become a substantial part of our budget! The grant from Cargill Cares allows us to shop for the residential food needs at the Kansas Food Bank, which helps us save significantly on our groceries.
Thanks to community-minded organizations such as Cargill and their Cargill Cares program with the Kansas Food Bank for helping us provide for our grocery needs!
