New Board Member – Sarah Andrews

We are honored to welcome Sarah Andrews as the newest member of the Youth Horizons Board of Directors.

Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Sarah Andrews has lived a life deeply rooted in family, leadership, and service. Married to her high school sweetheart, Sarah and her husband raised two wonderful children, Sydney and Brandon, while continually pouring into the Wichita community that raised her.

Sarah’s impact is far-reaching. She co-leads a Pathway Anywhere micro-campus at the Wichita Recovery Hub, where she empowers individuals to grow in both faith and purpose. She also dedicates her time and expertise to several nonprofit boards, including Lead Wichita, where she helps shape a stronger, more connected city.

Her professional career has been just as inspiring. Sarah recently retired from the Stand Together Foundation, where she served as a Senior Initiatives Lead. There, she spearheaded Care for Every Family, a city-wide initiative dedicated to reducing foster care placements by strengthening and empowering families.

Over the course of 30 years with various Koch Companies, Sarah built an impressive track record across Legal, HR, Risk, and Compliance support. She excelled in project management, process improvement, staff development, and policy creation—all while fostering collaboration across teams and companies. Known for her strategic vision and ability to implement measurable improvements, Sarah has been a leader whose influence will continue to ripple through Wichita for years to come.

Sarah Andrews is more than a leader—she is a community-builder, a mentor, and an example of how one life dedicated to service can change the trajectory of many others.
