New Board Member – Brandon Redic

Brandon Relic

Youth Horizons is honored to welcome Pastor Brandon Redic, Lead Pastor of The Bridge Church Wichita, to our Board of Directors.

Pastor Brandon brings a dynamic blend of leadership, faith, and community vision to the mission of Youth Horizons. As a leader known for uniting people across backgrounds and experiences, he has dedicated his life to building authentic relationships and helping others grow in both faith and purpose.

Born and raised in Texas, Brandon earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, graduating with honors in 2007. He later completed a Master’s in Pastoral Ministries from Dallas Theological Seminary, where he was chosen to preach in Senior Chapel – a distinction given to only a few students each year.

Before planting The Bridge Church in Wichita, Brandon served more than a decade in the Dallas–Fort Worth area as a minister of music, Christian education director, and assistant pastor. Today, his ministry at The Bridge centers on creating a multi-ethnic, gospel-centered community that embodies reconciliation and unity through Christ. His leadership is marked by both theological depth and practical compassion – championing the idea that “racial reconciliation begins at the cross.”

At Youth Horizons, Pastor Brandon’s heart for mentorship and his passion for family restoration align perfectly with our mission to walk alongside youth and families toward wholeness. His insight as a pastor and community builder will help guide our efforts to bring light, hope, and healing to children across Wichita.

Brandon is also deeply rooted in family life. He and his wife, Connie, are raising their three children – Brandon Jr., Briana, and Lily – with a love for faith, service, and community.

We are grateful for Pastor Brandon Redic’s leadership and faith-filled perspective as he joins the Youth Horizons Board of Directors. His voice will be an invaluable addition as we continue to empower youth, strengthen families, and point our community toward hope.
