The 4 S’s Interview: Sparks Questions

Now that you have the background on Developmental Relationships, the 4 S’s principals, and how to begin the 4 S’s Interview, it’s time to dig right into the first set of questions for SPARKS.

1. What is something you really enjoy doing – that gives you pleasure and that you almost lose track of time when you do it?
2. Is there a subject that you are interested in learning more about?
3. What subject in school are you are most interested in? It doesn’t matter if you are good at it or not.

Within minutes you will begin to set the foundation for developmental relationships, getting to know and understand your protégé and validating the first of four important aspects of their life.
